Tholey, July 11, 2022. Carl Zeiss Fixture Systems GmbH will operate independently as FIXTURE TECH Solutions GmbH from July 2022 onwards, following the successful carve-out. The new owner of the company is the long-term oriented ASC Investment Group, which has taken over 100% of the shares together with its approximately 100 employees at the Tholey site from Carl Zeiss. In the future, FIXTURE TECH Solutions will focus on topics related to jigs & fixture systems, loading solutions and new technologies such as the autonomous transport system eMOBEE. The ZEISS Group will continue to be a strategic partner of FIXTURE TECH Solutions GmbH.
Automated fixture solutions not only for the automotive and aero industries „FIXTURE TECH is in an excellent position to become the leading, independent player for jigs & fixtures as well as automation solutions in the automotive and industrial segment, due to its vast know how and its core competencies“ says Frederic Hierl, Managing Director of ASC Investment during his presentation at the general meeting. ASC is an internationally operating industrial holding company that provides bespoke support to medium-sized companies and helps them to return to a healthy growth path, internationalize sales and expand to adjacent product niches.
The new Managing Director Francesco di Bari explained the new spirit by stating: „Our name FIXTURE TECH represents that we will become an agile quality leader in the field of jigs & fixtures and technologically advanced automation solutions while at the same time remain the reliable partner for our international customers, some of whom we have already been supporting for the past 25 years“. The experienced manager, who has already managed many successful carve-outs and spin-offs, e. g. within the automotive and telecommunications industries, thus sees excellent potential for a future growth path for the Tholey-based industrial company.
